Prefixes Of Smart & Cellcard in Cambodia
Mobile numbers in Cambodia follow standard numbering structure with this format 0TT-XXXXXXX or 0TT-XXXXXX where: 0 is the domestic dialing prefix. TT is the 2-digit operator identifier. And the rest of the number is a 6-7 digit subscriber number.
On the other hand, calling Cambodia from any other country? Remove first number 0 and use +855 country code at the beginning of the number: (e.g., +855 10-234-567).
Smart Axiata Prefixes in 2025
Smart Axiata currently uses these prefixes 010, 015, 016, 069, 070, 081, 086, 087, 093, 096, 098 only. These are total 11 prefixes.

The normal number length is 0TT-XXXXXX, e.g. 081-234-567. In some cases, certain ranges allow a 7-digit subscriber number, i.e., 096-123-4567. So, Smart’s international prefix +855−TT follow this pattern: e.g., +855 10 234 567, +855 96 234 5678.

Cellcard uses these prefixes 011, 012, 014, 017, 061, 076, 077, 078, 079, 085, 089, 092, 095, 099 only. These are total 14 prefixes.
