Prefixes Of Smart & Cellcard in Cambodia
Mobile numbers in Cambodia follow standard numbering structure with this format 0TT-XXXXXXX or 0TT-XXXXXX where: 0 is the domestic dialing prefix. TT is the 2-digit operator identifier. And the rest of the number is a 6-7 digit subscriber number.
On the other hand, calling Cambodia from any other country? Remove first number 0 and use +855 country code at the beginning of the number: (e.g., +855 10-234-567).
Smart Axiata Prefixes in 2025
Smart Axiata currently uses these prefixes 010, 015, 016, 069, 070, 081, 086, 087, 093, 096, 098 only. These are total 11 prefixes.
