Dial *28272*11# to subscribe (activate) Robi Missed Call Alert Service on your prepaid or postpaid number. This code method requires user to select activation steps after dialing code.

Subscribe through SMS

Just type Start MCA and send this SMS (message) to 28272 code to activate Robi Missed Call Alert Service. Enjoy the MCA Service whether your number is On or Off.

Unsubscribe Method

Dial *28272*2# code to Unsubscribe Robi Missed Call Alert Service permanently from your number. In addition, you can also type Stop MCA and send to 28272 to Unsubscribe this service.

Block Specific Numbers

After activating the MCA Service. You also got the option to block those specific numbers from MCA service whose Missed Call Alert you don’t want to receive. Maximum 10 numbers can be added in this block section.

• Block a number in MCA Service by dialing *28272*3# code.
• Moreover, you can also send  (ex: BL 01xxxxxxx20 ) and send it to 28272
• Now to unblock number dial *28272*3# code or send SMS to 28272 and remove desire number from list
